To better serve team members and provide cost-effective, convenient and high-quality dining services, TriHealth has revised the catering policy, the in-house catering menu and order form, and the dining coupons program, effective Sept. 1.
Catering Changes
We encourage team members to use TriHealth’s Nutrition Services for catering on-site events. The in-house catering menu has been revamped, with competitive pricing and healthful FIT menu options. All three facilities will use the same in-house catering menu.
Key changes to the revised catering policy:
- In-house catering orders must be signed by a Director or above.
- Any outside catering orders (those not fulfilled by TriHealth’s Nutrition Services) must be approved by an Executive Director or above. As a reminder, outside catering expenses should be assigned to the “Catering Services” (63670) account when submitting a check request or purchase request.
- Other changes, including advance ordering requirements, can be found on LinkNet under TriHealth Resources > Catering.
Dining Coupons
TriHealth provides dining coupons to team members, residents, visitors and volunteers to show appreciation for their service. We are pleased to introduce a new program to simplify the dining coupon program and to make distribution equitable.
Effective Sept. 1, all dining coupons:
- Will be printed and distributed only by Food and Nutrition Services. Only the new coupons will be accepted after Sep. 1.
- Are valued at $6. No change will be provided if the value of the order is less than $6.
- Must include an appropriate cost center and the full printed name of the distributor and recipient. Outdated, incomplete or illegible coupons will not be accepted.
