Risk Management will distribute Missing & Damaged Property business cards to all department managers to help improve the missing/damaged property process.

If a patient in your unit reports missing/damaged property, please fill out a Quantros Report, report the event to the Security Department and give the patient our business card so the patient can follow up with Risk Management after discharge.
