The TriHealth Cancer Institute Infusion Center staff has been recognized with a donation from a patient through the Spirit of Compassion program at Bethesda North.
The program allows patients and family members the chance to recognize a caregiver who made a difference during their time at the hospital with a gift and a note of thanks.
A patient recently wrote of the cancer institute staff:
"Thank you for making one of the most horrifying experiences easier to deal with with your compassionate care. Never would I have guessed I would have cancer, but you have made our fight so much easier."
Gifts made through the Spirit of Compassion program at Bethesda North are used to support programs and services at the hospital. To recognize a special caregiver, visit the Spirit of Compassion page on the Bethesda Foundation website.
