Brandon Ballhaus RN, in OR, was chosen as the No. 1 Team Member of the Month for May by Good Samaritan FireStarters.

Brandon is a staff RN who started out in the OR as a new graduate. He joined the orthopedics team after he finished orientation, and he became one of the team's strongest scrub nurses.

Brandon joined SLC and has implemented many new initiatives. He routinely reads professional articles to gain insight into standards and best practices. He has utilized this information to suggest process improvement ideas in the department. 

Brandon's involvement and compassion are given back to the community through multiple volunteer activities. He engages other staff members to participate in these opportunities to make an impact on our community while building teamwork.
