Mixed recycling opportunities have been expanded at Good Samaritan to include 12 new collection bin locations within the building.

The TriHealth Green Committee and Environmental Services are working together to reduce our waste and increase our recycling efforts throughout TriHealth. We are continuing work to improve our current recycling program to expand recycling opportunities.

The following locations now have recycling containers at Good Samaritan. Acceptable materials include cans and plastic bottles. (Lids are acceptable, if screwed on.)

• One in each of the three conference rooms on 4Q
• One each in Baggish and Cranley conference rooms on 3Q
• 7D waiting room
• 7Q vending area
• 8Q vending area
• 9Q vending area
• 9FG triage waiting room
• 6D OR waiting room
• 1st floor main lobby

The Royal Document Destruction shred containers accept all kinds of paper, including junk mail, catalogs, magazines, and paperboard products. You can refer to the Sustainability page on LinkNet for more information and details on what is recyclable.
