Following a months-long collection, Bethesda North ICU staff members recently presented the Ronald McDonald House with $1,075 during a breakfast they cooked and served to families at the shelter.

The ICU kicked-off its efforts this past summer during its first family picnic, where physicians set up a dunking booth and donated items in baskets were raffled off to raise money.

Carla Hood MSN, RN, nurse manager of the ICU, said, "I couldn't be prouder of the efforts put in by our staff."
