TriHealth Bridge

April 25, 2013

TriHealth has expanded its expert care in Butler County with the opening of a full-service Emergency Room at TriHealth Bethesda Butler County. The 17-bed unit, which opened at 7 a.m., Friday, Feb. 1, provides emergency care for adults and children and is staffed 24/7 with the same board-certified emergency physicians who work at all TriHealth Emergency Rooms.

Features include a special section of rooms designed specifically with the needs of seniors in mind, a helipad and digital connection to the entire TriHealth system of services and physicians. The addition of this new ER rounds out the full complement of hospital services on campus, including Surgery, Inpatient Care, Imaging, Physical Therapy, Lab, Sleep Center, TriHealth Heart Institute physicians and cardiac testing.

Also on Feb. 1, TriHealth Connect went live on the hospital campus for ER, Inpatient and Periop Services. The electronic medical records system, also in place at many other TriHealth locations, allows Bethesda Butler County to provide safer, more efficient care; faster scheduling; and more easily understood bills for patients.
