The Bethesda Firestarters are pleased to recognize Barb Parton, RN, from the Bethesda North Cardiology Department as the No. 1 Team Member for August. 

Barb is described by her co-workers as kind, caring, productive professional, helpful and compassionate. According to one of her co-workers, she is a genuine person who treats every patient and co-worker like her family. 

Barb received a cash prize, a special parking spot for the month, refreshments for her department and a special No. 1 Team Member certificate. She will also have her photo placed on the wall outside the cafeteria.
