B.J. Morgan, RN, BSN, MSN has been named the new NICU Clinical Nurse Manager at Good Samaritan, effective Monday, Aug. 5. B.J. has spent the past 13 years at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and Medical Center. His experience has included nine years in their intensive care resource pool which includes various acute care units such as the NICU, PICU, and CCU.His progressive management and leadership experience includes working the past four years in the Neurosurgery and Psychiatric units as their Clinical Nurse Manager. B.J. has been involved with LEAN projects as well as initiatives to improve productivity and quality.
