TriHealth Bridge

December 23, 2014

Grab a few of your co-workers and show off your vocal talents at the second annual TriHealth Sing-Off.

Groups will compete Friday, Feb. 27 at the MERC Auditorium (across from the TriHealth Corporate building on Oak Street). Groups of four to 25 will perform for a chance to sing at the city-wide CincySings competition in April against groups from other Cincinnati-area businesses and organizations.

The TriHealth Sing-Off is open to all current team members. For more information, or to register, contact Kyla Jones at Kyla_Jones@TriHealth.com by early January.

The TriHealth Sing-Off is part of our upcoming ArtsWave Campaign, scheduled from Feb. 23 to March 14. The event aims to bring together TriHealth team members and celebrate their talents, in addition to raising awareness for ArtsWave.

Key Rules of the Sing-Off

  • Teams must include four to 25 members to qualify for CincySings. Smaller groups are invited to participate; however, only groups of four or more will have the opportunity to qualify for CincySings. If you would like to participate, but do not have other group members, Sing-Off organizers might be able to place you with a group.
  • All participants must be current TriHealth team members.
  • A maximum of two musical instruments are permitted during performances. Music or an MP3 must be provided by contestants. Teams also are allowed to perform a capella.

About CincySings

cincysings-logo-150xLast year as part of its annual campaign, ArtsWave created the first-ever, city-wide singing competition called CincySings, which took place at the Aronoff Center.

In keeping with Cincinnati's rich choral tradition (World Choir Games, Mayfest, etc.), ArtsWave again will host this friendly singing competition between Cincinnati-area companies. This event is meant to bring Cincinnati together to inspire city pride, celebrate the arts and their impact on our community, and most importantly, raise awareness for ArtsWave.

The winning team from the TriHealth Sing-Off will have the chance to compete at the CincySings semi-finals alongside other area companies like Cincinnati Children's and P&G, and possibly at the final event in April. Look for more information in the coming months!
