BeneScholar is the new online portal for tuition reimbursement benefits administered by Benesyst. BeneScholar is a secure website where employees can:
- Apply for tuition reimbursement
- View the progress of your application
- Upload your grades and itemized statements or print a customized fax cover sheet to submit documentation
- Review your reimbursement history and see your available benefit balance for the plan year.
All of the Benesyst-supported services are delivered through the BeneCenter link located on HRCentral under the Quick Picks section. The BeneCenter is a single-source, online portal featuring easy to use navigational tools and resources. Select “BeneScholar” from the BeneCenter menu options to apply for reimbursement or to view the status of your tuition reimbursement application.

It is no longer under the Quick Picks section. It would be nice if it still was. It's now under Benefits-My Current Benefits-FY2019 Benefits
