Some of your co-workers have already applied, have you?

It's time to let others know about the great work you and your co-workers have done to improve quality, safety and service excellence at TriHealth over the past 12 months.

Patient Safety, Service Excellence and Performance Improvement are soliciting interested participants to develop and display storyboards depicting your quality, safety, and/or service excellence projects. All TriHealth locations or departments who made improvements over the past 12 months may submit an entry application.

Poster presentation preliminary judging will take place on March 10, 2015, at the Pavilion in Blue Ash, from 8 a.m. to noon. The top 10 posters will be selected to move on to final judging, which will be held on March 17, 2015.

Awards

Besides public recognition and the chance to share your work with others, there are several prizes you can win for participating. Each entry will receive $100 deposited in the Service Excellence Fund identified in the application. The overall system awards are:

• 1^st place-$1000
• 2^nd place-$500
• 3^rd place-$300

 People's Choice Award - up to $150 pizza party
