James "Andy" Lantz of Bethesda North Pharmacy, and Jennifer Smith of the CVICU at Good Samaritan have been recognized by Patient Safety as the Good Catch winners for July.

Each month, two TriHealth team members are recognized for reporting a near-miss or "good catch" incident in IRIS, the new incident reporting information system.

Andy and Jennifer have been given the award for identifying and reporting an incident in which harm or potential harm to a patient was prevented.
