Quality, Safety, Service Excellence Days (QSS) committee in conjunction with the Advisory Board will present “The Emerging Era of Choice” on March 24.

Michael Hubble, Senior Director and national spokesperson for the Advisory Board Company, will discuss forces shaping provider strategy and the fundamental shifts in the mechanics of the health care market.

The presentation will include information on:

• The shift of control and responsibility to the hands the consumer.
• The growth of customized, narrow-network options.
• The significance of value in a competitive, retail market.
• Service Excellence strategies to engage front-line providers and staff.
