The 2025 team member compensation merit increases became effective on Sunday, February 23, 2025 and will be visible on your payslip on Thursday, March 13, 2025.

Viewing New Pay Rates
During the week of February 24, your new base pay and salary range information will be updated in Oracle. You can view this information by logging into Oracle > Me > Personal Information > My Compensation > Current Salary.

The 2025 Compensation Increase Award Statements will be available to you in late February or early March. You can review your salary award by visiting Oracle > Me > Personal Information > My Compensation > Compensation Change Statements.

2025 Merit Increase Budget
The merit increase budget across TriHealth was 2.8%. Division leaders administered merit increases to achieve an average allocation of 2.8%.
