Good Sam NICU’s Susanne Rhodes and Brooke Mallett as well as Melisse Herkins, Bereavement Patient Liaison Perinatal Programs, were recently honored through the Good Samaritan Foundation Grateful Patients and Families Program for exemplifying both the SERVE values and the TriHealth Way.

Along with a gift, the grateful patient wrote, “Big thank you to Susanne and Brooke for their wonderful care, compassion, and support! Also, THANK YOU to Melisse Herkins for all of her help with making the final arrangements!”
