At a recent Good Samaritan Safety Huddle, the Patient Liaison team was presented with the September Guild Award for the vital role they play in ensuring effective communication between our patients, their families, and our team members. They answer questions and address any concerns patients may have during and after receiving care. Their efforts directly enhance patient satisfaction and improve overall healthcare experiences. Thank you to Emily, Dawn, and Craig for being a valuable resource to not only our team but to our patients as well!
Each team member in the department received a $10 gift card valid at Nurture Gift Shop and Nourish Coffee Shop in celebration of their hard work.
Each month, the Good Samaritan Hospital Guild honors a Good Samaritan team or department. The Guild is associated with Good Samaritan Foundation and funds special projects and programs at the hospital to benefit patients, visitors, and all who work at Good Sam.
