TriHealth has been on a journey to improve how we manage provider on-call schedules across our system. The goal was to create a single “source of truth” that team members and providers can count on to provide accurate, real-time, accessible information about who is on call. During Wave 1, we successfully implemented QGenda On-Call at our TPP and Specialty locations and went live with that group in August 2023. We are happy to announce Wave 2 will go-live on Tuesday, November 12 at 8 a.m. for our Hospital Teams.
What to Expect:
- Providers’ on-call schedules will be accurately represented in real-time in the QGenda application or on a desktop website.
- Providers will have the opportunity to swap and trade on-call assignments with colleagues in a structured way from their mobile device.
- All QGenda On-Call users will access the platform via link from Voalte Me/Voalte One, from the QGenda app, or webpage.
- Staff workflows for contacting providers on call will NOT change, only the ability to view who is on-call.
