TriHealth Bridge

Per the 2023 American Community Survey, in Cincinnati 9% of households speak languages other than English at home, and the top language spoken at home besides English is Spanish. Patients with limited English proficiency experience worse healthcare access, quality, and outcomes (See NIH article for more details).

Effective November 20, 2024, with Spanish MyChart, Spanish-speaking patients at TriHealth can access their health information and self-service options like appointment scheduling in their preferred language. By offering MyChart in Spanish, we aim to improve patient experience, leading to improved patient understanding, engagement, and, ultimately, better health outcomes for Spanish-speaking patients at TriHealth.
