In just a few short months, we will once again be celebrating our committed TriHealth team members, physicians, residents and fellows, nurses, and volunteers during our annual week of appreciation. The 2024 TriHealth Healthcare Appreciation Week celebration will take place from May 13-19, 2024.

We are excited to announce that the Healthcare Appreciation Week t-shirt design contest is returning this year, once again offering TriHealth team members the opportunity to share their artistic talents for a chance to have their design featured on the official 2024 Healthcare Appreciation Week t-shirt.

Submit a T-shirt Design

T-shirt designs must be submitted between Tuesday, February 27, 2024 and Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at 11:59pm to TotallyAppreciated@trihealth.com.

Before you submit your design, please review the 2024 Design Guidelines and Contest Rules, TriHealth’s Brand Standards Tip Sheet, and download the heather aqua t-shirt file to use in your design.

To help you get started with your design, think about what Be seen. Be heard. Be healed. means to you. How do you live out TriHealth's mission, vision and values in the work we do? What visually represents the care we provide to our patients and the community?

There is no requirement to include "Healthcare Appreciation Week" in your design. The TriHealth logo and the brand tagline Be seen. Be heard. Be healed. will be added to the three finalists' designs prior to voting. You should not include the TriHealth logo in your design.

Vote for Your Favorite Design AND Order Your T-shirt!

After all t-shirt designs have been submitted, the Corporate Events Committee will select the top three designs and TriHealth’s trusted designers will add any necessary finishing touches. Then, all TriHealth team members will be invited to vote on the top three t-shirt designs in April. The top voted design will be the winner of the t-shirt design contest!

While voting, you can place an order for your very own FREE Healthcare Appreciation Week t-shirt. The winning design will be revealed at the Healthcare Appreciation Week Town Hall on Wednesday, May 15. 

NOTE: The design you vote for is not guaranteed to be the design printed on the t-shirt. The design that receives the most votes will be printed on the t-shirt.

T-shirt Contest Details

The t-shirt design that receives the most votes will be featured on the official 2024 Healthcare Appreciation Week t-shirt and the team member who submitted the design will receive a $500 gift card.* In addition, their design may be included in other Healthcare Appreciation Week collateral highlighted on Bridge or TriHealth social media pages.

Be sure to tune in to the Team Member Town Hall on Wednesday, May 15 at 12:00pm as Mark Clement announces the winner in a special Healthcare Appreciation Week celebration!

The second and third place finalists will each receive a $200 gift card* and their designs will be recognized during the Healthcare Appreciation Week Team Member Town Hall. In addition, all team members who submit a design, except the top three finalists, will be entered into a random drawing for one of ten $50 gift cards.*

*Gift cards are taxable. According to the IRS, gift cards given to employees are considered cash equivalent items. Like cash, gift cards must be included in an employee's taxable income, regardless of the gift card amount.

There should be a picture of the hospital and have a saying across the top saying "A place to be seen, be heard and be healed." The picture could also be of a heart stethoscope with a smile.

i would love to see a Tshirt with something small on the front ( over the heart0 and then writing on the back --lets do something different and stand out
