Hi Team –
With the Christmas festivities in full swing next week, I’m sending this special holiday Weekly Update a few days early, so as you head into your Christmas celebrations, you do so with a much-deserved sense of pride and accomplishment for all we’ve achieved TOGETHER over the past year! Thanks to you – our team members, physicians, volunteers, and board members – 2024 was yet another year of progress, building momentum and impressive accomplishments in our journey from good to great!
Driven by our shared sense of purpose and personal accountability for delivering on our brand promise of “surprisingly human care that results in exceptional health outcomes...always,” we demonstrated in many powerful ways that TriHealth is, without a doubt, leading the way regionally and nationally in Getting Healthcare Right! And as a result, today our care is safer and more accessible, our patients are healthier, and our services are more affordable!
And with so much to celebrate and be grateful for, I wanted to share in this personal holiday video message a few highlights of the most significant accomplishments of the past year; as well as express my heartfelt thanks for all you do to live our values as you serve our patients, our community, and each other every day!
