Hi Team –

I’m excited to announce that these 14 lucky team members (7 team members for each game) were randomly selected from more than 2,000 entries as the winners of our latest Bengals suite tickets giveaway for the upcoming home games on December 22 and 29!! Be Seen. Be Heard. Be TriHealth: New “Always On” Engagement Survey to Launch in January

• As expressed in our Employer Brand Promise, TriHealth is committed to providing our team members and physicians with a supportive work and practice environment that provides a strong sense of purpose and belonging through authentically lived, everyday experiences.
• One way we achieve this is by seeing, hearing, and responding to our team members and physicians through the TriHealth Engagement Survey – all so we can continue to make TriHealth the best place to work and practice.
• To continue to improve and enhance this important practice with our “always” culture, I’m excited to share that beginning January 27, 2025, TriHealth will transition to a new “always on” engagement survey process for team members and physicians.

What’s New/What’s Changing

• Through this new process, team members and physicians will be invited to participate in the TriHealth Engagement Survey once a year during the month of their work anniversary.
• This will provide us with more timely team member feedback through a rolling accumulation of monthly team member survey responses, enabling us to “always” be listening and responding to your input throughout the year.
• Team members will have up to 90 days (instead of just two weeks) to complete the survey, allowing you to participate when most convenient for your schedule. And we will be offering fun reward opportunities to those team members who complete a survey!
• Since our last engagement survey was conducted in June 2024, all team members with employment anniversary dates that occurred between last July and this coming January will be invited to participate in their first annual survey on January 27, 2025, as a one-time catch-up.
• Beginning in February 2025 and continuing each month after, team members will only receive the survey invitation during the month of their individual employment anniversary.

What Remains the Same

• As with every engagement survey, individual responses and feedback remain completely confidential and anonymous.
• The number and type of survey questions will remain very similar to previous surveys.
• Final annual results will be tabulated at the end of the fiscal year, and annual system and local action plans will be established in the first quarter of the new fiscal year
• We look forward to your full participation in this new and improved “always on” engagement survey process – all so we can be even more agile and timely as we continue to work TOGETHER to make TriHealth the employer of choice within our region! Visit Bridge for full details!

Experience Xavier Basketball “Close Up”

• As part of our growing student and student-athlete health partnership with Xavier University, TriHealth is serving as presenting sponsor for “ALL IN,” a documentary series about the Xavier men’s basketball team.
• This series offers behind-the-scenes access and a unique perspective on the team. And it features TriHealth’s own Dr. Amanda Chaney and Dr. Richard Okragly, who serve as team physicians for XU basketball.
• You can catch the series every Tuesday on FOX19 or on the Sean Miller Podcast YouTube channel.
• And as our way of celebrating our partnership with Xavier, we are raffling off 6 pairs of suite tickets for team members and their guests to attend the Xavier vs. Seton Hall game on December 31 at 2pm. Click here to enter by December 15.

Celebrating the Holidays and Our Amazing Team Members throughout TriHealth

• One of TriHealth’s many special traditions is sharing a holiday meal each year with our fellow team members, physicians, and volunteers to express our thanks for all you do every day for those we serve.
• This tradition is now well underway in our hospitals, ambulatory campuses, physician practices, and other locations throughout TriHealth, along with many other fun and festive holiday events, like special visits from Santa, holiday tree lighting, caroling, and more.
