TriHealth Bridge

December 10, 2024

Welcome to the latest edition of TriHealth’s month in marketing, where we highlight some of the work and storytelling led by TriHealth’s marketing and communications team during the past month. Check out some of the ways you may have seen the TriHealth brand around Cincinnati this past month!

Monthly Digital Focus

This November, we promoted the new Women’s Services Nurse Navigators Program. The emphasis was on building awareness for this new service being offered to help patients seek the care they need most effectively. See a few examples of this messaging below!

Our additional focus for November was on both our Priority Care and TriHealth Clinic at Walgreens locations. Highlighting multiple locations providing convenient, quality care around Cincinnati, that emphasized how great care is right around the corner. Take a look at some of that work below!

Celebrating Positive Outcomes – Recent Patient Stories

Our clinical workers make positive differences in the lives of those they care for every day. Check out some of these amazing stories, told directly by our patients!

Susan Croslin, Breast Cancer Patient

The last thing Susan was expecting to hear when she came in for a mammogram was that she had cancer. She felt that her care team, led by Dr. Kathleen Raque, gave ger the confidence she needed to keep persevering. See her tell her story here.

We always love the opportunity to help tell the stories of some of the amazing care provided by our clinical team members!

TriHealth in the News

In addition to our own channels, the TriHealth internal PR and Comms team works hard to make sure our stories are being told in local news as well – see some of that work below!

Fox 19 runs story featuring TriHealth Cancer & Blood Institute’s Care Navigators program

On a November edition of ’19 for a Cure,’ Fox 19 ran a story and posted an article highlighting the work of the Care Navigators at TCBI. Watch or read the full story here.

TriHealth’s Cortexflo camera system featured in WLWT5 story on Hamilton County’s effort to new support domestic violence survivors

WLWT5 covered the recent effort in Hamilton County to provide a safer and more supportive environment for domestic violence survivors. Among the changes enacted over the past year that were mentioned, TriHealth’s Cortexflo camera system was highlighted. The Cortexflo camera shows increased contrast and detects beneath-the-skin injuries that may otherwise go unnoticed. See more here.

As Seen on Social Media – TriHealth in the Community

We’re used to our team members providing excellent care at our ambulatory centers, hospitals, and any other patient-facing locations, but we also love seeing them out and active in the Cincinnati community and beyond. Below are links to the social posts highlighting these activations!

TriHealth honors latest Living Our Values award winners

While all TriHealth team members give their best every day, there are some who go even further in the care and services they provide. This quarter, we are proud to recognize Dorian Adams, Patricia Naber, Janet Dudley, Sara Robertson, Samantha Jeffries, Rebecca Cook, Chhabi Lal Dangal – thank you for living our values!

New Physician Fridays

This month, we started a new series on social media called “New Physician Fridays,” and it’s just about exactly what it sounds like! Comments:

Just saw the new lighted sign on the side of the Bethesda North Hospital. Curious if this was given by a donor? Can't find that info in this article. Happy holidays!
