The Alumni Association of the Bethesda School of Nursing is pleased to announce the gift of over $33,000 in nursing scholarships. The Alumni Association, formed in 1914, provides scholarships to students at the Cincinnati State Bethesda School of Nursing and to its graduates who are pursing advanced nursing degrees. In addition, the Association supports its members with scholarships for continuing education and provides scholarships to nursing students with a Legacy connection to the Bethesda School of Nursing.

This year, the Alumni Association awarded 18 scholarships: 10 scholarships to Cincinnati State students, 6 scholarships to Cincinnati State graduates pursing advance degrees at other institutions, and 2 scholarships for continuing education to Association members.

The Bethesda School of Nursing founded in 1914 continues today as the Cincinnati State Bethesda School of Nursing. The Alumni Association carries on the mission to support nursing education and camaraderie among graduates.
