FREE Stepping On Evidence Based Fall Prevention Program
Are you concerned about an older family member or patients balance and strength?
Has your older neighbor or family member experienced a fall?
This program is the answer to your fall prevention concerns.
TriHealth Community Benefit is offering STEPPING ON Evidence Based Fall Prevention Programs. Classes are open to community members and through referrals from TriHealth providers. Sign up now as registration is time sensitive. Several openings are available for class registration.
