At a recent Good Samaritan Safety Huddle, the Good Sam nursing directors were recognized for the overall support and guidance they have given to their teams, Maria, and Sarah. They have shown strength as they have navigated Covid, Oracle, staffing challenges, evaluations, etc. They each have their own specialty areas, but collectively, they all make up the nursing leadership team of GSH and we are proud of that! This group is always willing to pivot and say yes to help the house as a whole – thank you for being solid nursing leaders. Together we are stronger!
Each team member in the department received a $10 gift card valid at Nurture Gift Shop and Nourish Coffee Shop in celebration of their hard work.
Each month, the Good Samaritan Hospital Guild honors a Good Samaritan team or department. The Guild is associated with Good Samaritan Foundation and funds special projects and programs at the hospital to benefit patients, visitors, and all who work at Good Sam. Congratulations to the Good Sam nursing directors!
