A new Team Member Honor & Memorial Wall has been installed in the Good Samaritan Hospital Cafeteria on the fifth floor.

Many of us have known a team member or volunteer who has made a positive impact on our lives. Giving a gift in honor or in memory of that special GSH individual is a wonderful way to express your gratitude for his or her presence in your life. With a gift of $500 to a fund of your choice, you or your department can have a special plaque added to the Team Member Honor & Memorial Wall. Additionally, there is an option for a photo to be included on the plaque along with your words of gratitude and/or remembrance.

To make an intentional $500 gift in honor or in memory of a GSH team member or volunteer, visit gshfoundation.com/donate. Under “Additional Information,” include “Team Member Honor & Memorial Wall” in the “Share Your Experience” section. A Foundation team member will reach out to the donor’s contact to collect a photo of the honoree and words of acknowledgment. Or fill out a brochure in the holder next to the wall and return it to Good Samaritan Foundation.

The Team Member Honor & Memorial Wall mirrors the Physician Honor & Memorial Wall installed on the third floor last year.
