October 04, 2023
At the end of August, more than 68 students were celebrated as being 2023-24 scholarship recipients. More than 100 scholarships were awarded this academic year, totaling more than $321,000 invested directly into GSC students’ educations.
Each year, the GSC and Good Samaritan Foundation family of supporters step up to alleviate financial burdens for prospective and current students. The Annual Scholarship Reception is an event where student recipients and generous scholarship supporters are able to meet face-to-face over a meal and program to celebrate the gift of philanthropy and GSC’s mission-driven education. Student honorees have the opportunity to learn supporters’ “why” for investing in scholarships, and supporters are able to hear first-hand about the impact their financial gift is making on the lives of their student recipient(s).
Thanks to the GSC and Good Samaritan Foundation family of supporters who make this incredible opportunity possible for students!
