TriHealth and Mount St. Joseph University are partnering once again to offer the Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) degree to TriHealth team members!

The TriHealth MSOL cohort will begin in August 2023 with a curriculum that covers leadership theory and practice, organizational technology, change management, decision-making, and other essential topics. Team member cost is reduced, and any expenses covered by the tuition benefit through Education Assistance will be invoiced to TriHealth.

Information sessions are scheduled for interested team members to learn about the curriculum, eligibility, and application process.
