As healthcare leaders and community members, we acknowledge that implicit bias and displays of cultural insensitivity throughout our community and health systems across the country are a reality. In order to reinforce our commitment to “Respect for All” as a core value at TriHealth, Diversity and Inclusion are hosting two upcoming educational sessions on Implicit Bias for all team members and physicians.
These sessions will look at how our everyday unintentional bias may get in the way of how we provide care for our patients and their families. We ask that you join these sessions as an engaged participant to share your perspective and openly listen to others with respectful empathy and a willingness to learn.
When: Monday, 5/22 and Tuesday, 5/23
Where: Good Samaritan Hospital - on the 3rd Floor in the Cranley Conference Room
