Recently, Anna Guyn, Environmental Services, and Cliff Radcliff, Logistics (Transportation Team), were honored through the Good Samaritan Foundation Grateful Patient Program for exemplifying both the SERVE values and TriHealth Way.
Along with a gift, the donor wrote these words of thanks:
“Miss Anna was always so sweet when she came to clean my room. We shared stories about our similar experiences and I loved hearing her story after the Bengals’ loss on Sunday. She made me laugh, even when I didn't feel as though I could!” – Brent Kroger, Grateful Patient
“Cliff was my transport helper at my discharge. He was very friendly, and we struck up quite a conversation while waiting for my ride to come around. He is working through a similar situation as me medically but does it with such grace and composure!” – Brent Kroger, Grateful Patient
