At the Good Samaritan Safety Huddle, the Patient Placement and Administrative Services staff were presented with the December Guild Award for taking care of daily operations of the house, supporting the team, constant adjustment and pivoting moment to moment, adding the CDU as a throughput initiative and making it happen quickly, adding new projects and pilots (nearly weekly), and making Sarah and Maria’s ideas a reality.

Each team member in the department received a $10 gift card valid at Nurture Gift Shop and Nourish Coffee Shop in celebration of their hard work.

Each month, a Good Samaritan team or department is honored by the Good Samaritan Hospital Guild. The Guild is associated with Good Samaritan Foundation and funds special projects and programs at the hospital to benefit patients, visitors, and all who work at Good Sam.
