TriHealth has been recognized by Newsweek in its latest ranking of "America’s Greatest Workplaces for Women."

For the rankings, Newsweek partnered with Plant-A Insights to ask a panel of 37,000 U.S. female employees where the best workplaces in the country are fostering career growth, pay equity and opportunity. Roughly 224,000 companies were reviewed, and from the study 600 companies were identified as the top workplaces according to a U.S. female demographic. Study participants considered whether they would recommend their current employer to prospective job seekers compared with other employers they’re familiar with. The study also included an analysis to weigh responses from women who are single mothers and in leadership positions to capture this facet of the workplace; the study also monitored media reports to measure how well companies responded to publicized issues of discrimination and harassment in the workplace.
