The Living Our Values Award gives you the opportunity to recognize non-management team members who consistently model TriHealth’s SERVE values and Always Behaviors. Any team member may submit a nomination for any other non-management team member. Ten awards are granted each quarter, one from each major business unit across TriHealth.
Nominees will be reviewed by the appropriate SOAR Site Team. Nominations will remain in the award selection pool for 12 months.
Show team members some LOV by nominating them for the Living Our Values Award. Simply log onto the Appreciation Station and select “Award Nomination” from the dropdown menu and then “Living Our Values Award”. For more information and tips, visit the SOAR page on Bridge.
