As we head into the final week before the Christmas and New Year’s Holidays, I’m sending along my last Weekly Update of calendar year 2023 a week early to kick off our holiday celebrations with a sense of gratitude, pride, and accomplishment! Thanks to you – our team members, physicians, volunteers, and board members – 2023 was another year of encouraging progress and growing momentum on our journey from good to great, even as we faced and overcame together industry-wide challenges, like inflation and workforce shortages.

 

Guided by our shared commitment to “Get Healthcare Right,” we demonstrated in many powerful ways this past year that TriHealth is leading the way in our region and our nation in delivering “surprisingly human care” that results in better health, better value, and a better personal care experience for our growing population of patients! Today, TriHealth is growing across all service lines and sites of care and has emerged as the leading healthcare “brand” in Cincinnati and among the top 20 healthcare “brands” in the nation. Our community is noticing the amazing transformation occurring throughout TriHealth because of you, and is increasingly turning to our system when in need of healthcare services.

 

With so much to be grateful for, I wanted to send you a personal holiday video message to celebrate all we’ve accomplished together over the past year and to express my deep thanks and appreciation for everything you do to live our values as you SERVE our patients, our community, and each other every day!
