Last Chance to Order Your Tickets
Visit the TriHealth online ticket ordering site to order your last chance tickets using your unique gift code. New team members who started on Monday, August 14 received an email that day with their unique code. Volunteers received their unique code through the email address that is on file.

A Day of Summer Fun!
Kings Island will be open on Sunday, August 27, 2023, from 10am-8pm, and Soak City will be open from 11am-7pm. As a special bonus, those who ordered tickets through the TriHealth online ticket ordering site can enter Kings Island at 9:30am and experience Early Ride Time on select attractions before the park is “officially” open! And, for those looking to cool off in the morning summer heat, you can enter Soak City early at 10:30am for Early Ride Time on select waterpark attractions.

Keep Track of Your Tickets
The tickets ordered through the TriHealth online ticketing site have a QR code that will need to be presented throughout the day. Your tickets/QR codes will be scanned for entry to the parking lot**, admission to the park, and to receive your all-day drink wristband. You can access your tickets and show proof of your QR codes in several ways:
  • Print. You can print your tickets from the TriHealth online ticket ordering site by clicking ‘Menu’ then ‘Order Lookup.’ The Order Lookup section on the site will be open through August 27.
  • Email on Mobile Phone. You should have received an email confirmation from noreply@accessoticketing.com after placing your ticket order. View this email on your mobile phone and click ‘VIEW TICKETS NOW’ to access the QR code for each ticket. This QR code can be scanned directly from your mobile phone if you have access to your email.
  • Apple Wallet. You can add your tickets/QR codes to your Apple Wallet for easy access to them that day.
Can’t Find Your Tickets? Call Kings Island Guest Services at 513 754 5700 extension 3 with questions on retrieving your tickets from the TriHealth online ticket ordering site. Guest Services can also look up and print your tickets if issues occur at Kings Island on Sunday, August 27 or if you forget to print your tickets.**

If you have a Kings Island season pass, you may use it for parking and entry to Kings Island. However, your season pass will not give you access to free drinks throughout the park with the all-day drink wristband.
