PRISM, TriHealth’s Employee Resource Group for LGBTQ+ team members and allies is hosting a lunch and learn to educate TriHealth team members on pronouns and the differences between Bi/pan/fluid sexualities in an effort to promote diversity and inclusion for our patients and among our staff members. Everyone can benefit from being aware of pronoun usage and these differences. Awareness creates a safer environment for all of our patients, regardless of orientation.
