SOAR Co-Chairs Donna Peters and Randy Hammann spent SOAR Week rounding throughout TriHealth! The purpose of SOAR (Serving Others, Achieving Results) Week is to re-engage, re-invigorate, and re-educate our entire system. Donna and Randy had great conversations with team members about AIDET + the Promise, HEARD, SERVE and our Always Behaviors.
