We are excited to celebrate SOAR Week, November 7-11! This week will be used to reconnect to the values and tools that represent the TriHealth Way through fun, actionable activities and contests throughout the week. Complete the SOAR Week Activity each day for a chance to win prizes!

 

The purpose of SOAR (Serving Others, Achieving Results) Week is to re-engage, re-invigorate, and re-educate our entire system. We will focus on our critical customer engagement activities to ensure that team members, physicians and leaders are comfortable with and educated on these tactics and programs including AIDET + the Promise, HEARD, Living Our Values, ALWAYS Behaviors, Appreciation Station, the Ambassador Program and more.
