TriHealth is committed to our values of Respect for All People, Value Difference, and Respecting our Spiritual Heritage. As a part of that commitment, we strive to create and maintain an environment supportive of our underrepresented and underserved communities, especially when providing safe, quality and compassionate healthcare.
Patients in underserved communities face many challenges and disparities when accessing quality healthcare services. One initial systemic challenge that can deter care before it really begins involves using inclusive language and equitable medical/counseling practices within healthcare settings.
Join PRISM on Wednesday, March 30, 2022*, from 11 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.* for the Introduction to Health Equity for the LGBTQ+ Community Lunch & Learn facilitated by Tristan Vaught from Transform Cincy.
