TPP is thrilled to launch an internal staffing program called SERVE Beyond. This non-incentive, on-demand, staffing instrument was developed as an innovative solution to recruitment challenges.Given the enormous success of the Helping Hands Program, TPP wanted to create an additional opportunity for TriHealth team members to be able to pick up hours above and beyond their regular schedules. SERVE Beyond provides team members and managers a nontraditional way to directly connect with each other and help ease the burden of daily staffing shortages in TPP practices.
A major goal of this program is to provide team members the flexibility to pick up hours as they please. SERVE Beyond is designed for team members to post the hour(s) they are available in the portal for any given day. Following this, managers will have the ability to view the postings and directly reach out to team members to bring them into their practice. This removes the burden of team members having to sign up for a complete shift.
This mutually beneficial opportunity is currently available to employed TPP RNs, LPNs, & MAs. We look forward to expanding this program to include more team members in the near future!
