Writing Workshop on Grief

January 19, 2022

The Goldstein Family Grief Center is offering two upcoming writing workshops in March and May for those grieving a death.

The Goldstein Family Grief Center invites those grieving a death to participate in one of these nurturing and inspiring writing sessions to help you tell your story on the page. This is an opportunity to use writing to reflect on your grief journey and to share as much or as little as you choose in a supportive and safe circle (with other participants who are also grieving).

In these workshops, writing will be used as a tool to honor and explore losses, large and small. Grief Expressions allows us to open the space to find what we need in caring for ourselves and our loved ones, and to make room for what comes next in our lives.

No previous writing experience is necessary. Each 3-hour workshop will feature inspiring poetry and prose, reflective writing prompts and the opportunity to share stories with other participants.

Registration is required and space is limited. Please see the attached flyer here for for more details, including how to register, the workshop dates and times, and the bios of the writers who will be leading these workshops.
