We want to thank every team member, physician, and leader for taking just a few minutes to complete the 2022 TriHealth Engagement Pulse survey in March.

The Pulse Survey results are in, and they make it clear that the investment in your physical, emotional and financial wellbeing is making a difference. Systemwide, we achieved nearly 84% favorability. (That means nearly 84% of those who took the Pulse survey answered “Strongly Agree” or “Agree” on the survey.)

Despite the weariness brought on by a two-year global pandemic and the effort to find balance in a new reality shaped by the pandemic, our Pulse survey results show a resilient health system continuously improving.

Creating the most rewarding team member and physician experience at TriHealth happens through listening and collaboration. Over the next few months, your leader will share your team’s results and talk through what changes have worked well and where to remain focused making your experience at TriHealth better.

As a system, we will continue to listen to our team members and physicians and be guided by their feedback, our mission and our commitment to serve our community.
