Excitement is continuing to build as we get closer to our upcoming Magnet® site visits. We have been through so much during this pandemic, yet leaders and team members have continued to provide excellent care, conduct evidence-based practice and research, and display exemplary practice throughout our TriHealth system. This is not an easy task to achieve, but TriHealth continues to set the bar high, even with adversities. Now that the Magnet document is completed and approved, it is time for us to push to the finish line with a successful Magnet® site visit. This is our time to brag about our great work and confirm the great stories we’ve shared in our documentation.

In an effort to assist in preparing our teams, the TriHealth CNE/CNO team has created a Magnet video for staff to explain what Magnet® is, how the Magnet components are intertwined into our daily nursing practice, and tips for site visit readiness. Please use this video to share with your teams to help them understand why we ARE Magnet. TriHealth is among the elite 9% of healthcare organizations able to obtain and maintain Magnet® status.
