Recently, team members Jennifer Vance and Jill Bright with Good Samaritan Hospital’s Mother and Baby Unit were honored through the Good Samaritan Foundation Grateful Patient Program for exemplifying both the SERVE values and TriHealth Way.
Along with the gift, the donors wrote these notes of thanks:
“Jill was absolutely wonderful! She helped us get Andrea changed, fed, and to sleep so that we could nap too. She came every time we called and was so empathetic. She took a genuine interest in us and Andi. She helped us get her to where she needed to be in order for us to go home on time. She is very personable. She enhanced our whole experience – I hope we get her again the next time around! Jill stood out above all other staff. Best nurse ever! Truly loves her job. Thank you! – Ashley Kinnett, Grateful Patient
“Our Emilia was born on 2/11/22. Upon going to Mom and Baby at Good Samaritan, Emilia started making grunting noises. We didn’t think anything of it, but our RN, Jennifer Vance, immediately knew it was a sign of distress. We are so thankful for her quick action.” – Kevin Schultz, Grateful Patient
The Grateful Patients and Families Program allows a patient or their family to make a donation in honor of a physician, nurse, or team member who made a difference and share a note of thanks.
Donations provide support for projects and services in the Good Samaritan Region.
