This week, September 19 – 25, we recognize National Surgical Technologist Week at TriHealth. In 1984, the Association of Surgical Technologists Board of Directors dedicated the third week in September to recognizing surgical technologists and their profession. National Surgical Technologists Week has been celebrated every year since and has become a national phenomenon.

We want to acknowledge the many talents and hard work of our surgical technologist team over the last year, as they have played a vital role in The TriHealth Way of Serving and Delivering Care and our commitment to Getting Healthcare Right. At TriHealth, the dedicated service of our surgical technologist team makes the operating room efficient while ensuring patient safety. Their expertise at keeping a sterile, safe environment keeps us ready to SERVE our community.

Our surgical tech team members are an integral part of the TriHealth team, and now more than ever, their contributions could not be more critical in our mission to get healthcare right for our community.
