Recently, team members Sue Woodward, Abbey Wernick-Kaito and Shelby Cierley with Good Samaritan Hospital’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit were honored through the Good Samaritan Foundation Grateful Patient Program for exemplifying both the SERVE values and TriHealth Way.
Along with the gift, the donor wrote this note of thanks:
"My wife Allyson and I greatly appreciate the great nurses in the Good Sam NICU we met while our newborn daughter, Catherine Wichner, was in the NICU from August 23-25. Abby, Shelby and Sue were so wonderful and taught us so much like diaper changing.😊” – Catherine’s parents, Ben and Allyson Wichner
The Grateful Patients and Families Program allows a patient or their family to make a donation in honor of a physician, nurse, or team member who made a difference and share a note of thanks. Donations provide support for projects and services in the Good Samaritan Region.
