The Fiscal Year 2021 Nursing Annual Report is here, featuring the amazing work of our TriHealth nurses from July 2020 – June 2021. The Annual Report compiles some of the best nursing stories and accomplishments from the categories of Transformational Leadership, Structural Empowerment, Exemplary Professional Practice, and New Knowledge, Innovations & Improvements. There is a lot to celebrate from FY21 thanks to the dedication and perseverance of our TriHealth nurses!

• Implementation of Best Practices, including Real-Time Demand Capacity (RTDC), OB Early Warning System, OR Orientation for Nurses, Reducing HAPIs and Falls, and more
• Recognition of many TriHealth nurses, both within TriHealth and externally
