TriHealth’s Telecommuting Solution relaunched with an updated policy on October 1, 2021. This telecommuting solution offers eligible team members the flexibility to work effectively, remotely, and with continued connection to their team and the TriHealth culture.
No matter if you are a leader or a team member, make sure you are taking these steps to get the most out of the TriHealth Telecommuting Solution
Step 1: Leaders who have team members in job codes that are eligible for telecommuting must complete the Approving Team Members for Telecommuting web-based training course and the Telecommuting Status Form. This course and form were assigned to applicable leaders in TriHealth Learn with a completion due date of December 31, 2021. Thank you to all who have already competed this important step.
Step 2: There will be additional training for leaders and team members who are approved to telecommute. This training will be assigned in TriHealth Learn. Due dates will vary based on the course assignment date but will be no earlier than December 31, 2021.
- Leaders who manage telecommuting team members must complete a web-based training course titled: Leading a Telecommuting Work Team.
- Team members who are approved (or re-approved) for telecommuting must complete a web-based training course titled Transitioning to a Telecommuting Work Arrangement – Team Members.
Step 3: Leaders and team members should partner to ensure all training requirements are met. Please contact Learn_Support@trihealth.com with questions.
As leaders how do we find out if staff are eligible to work from home. I have staff who do phones in the office on certain days of the week and work the floor the other days.
