TriHealth Bridge

November 15, 2021

We value the extraordinary care our team members and physicians provide to our patients and their loved ones. We know that their quality and expertise are distinguishing factors used when choosing to receive care at TriHealth.

The education they obtained makes them invaluable assets at TriHealth as we continue on our journey from Good to Great – for our patients and for our team members and physicians. Knowing the immense investment to establish a career and their commitment to TriHealth, we are pleased to offer full-time and part-time team members and physicians access to the TriHealth Student Loan Contribution Program.

TriHealth Student Loan Contribution Program

This program is totally free to any full-time or part-time team member or physician, with any student loan debt, federal or private, identified as an education loan. (Your loan is eligible if you receive a 1098-E tax form.)

If eligible, full-time team members receive $200 per month up to $2,400 or the IRS maximum limits every year through 2025. Part-time team members receive $100 per month up to $1,200 or the IRS maximum limits every year through 2025. Click here to understand TriHealth’s contribution and the IRS limits.

A completed degree or program is not required to participate in the Student Loan Contribution Program. It doesn’t matter what role you fulfill at TriHealth, or what you studied while incurring the student loan debt. And there’s no work commitment to meet.

Payments will be sent directly to your student loan servicer every month. TriHealth Student Loan Contribution Program is intended to help you pay down your student loan debt, not just assist you in making the payment. You will receive the total monthly amount no matter if your monthly loan payment is less than the eligible amount.

Enroll through Empower by the 26th of the Month

You can enroll in the TriHealth Student Loan Contribution Program at any time throughout the year. If you enroll by the 26th of the month, your TriHealth payment will begin the month after you enroll. For example, if you enroll on July 12, your payment will start on August 1. If you enroll on September 28, your payment will begin on November 1.

We want you to grow your career at TriHealth. In conjunction with the many other Total Rewards benefits, the Student Loan Contribution Program helps remove the financial barriers to achieving your education goals.

Great idea Tried over and over again to sign up. Very hard to navigate. Called Empower who acted as though they had no idea what I was talking about. Is this really a benefit we can use and if so how?

You have to log into your Empower account, go to accounts then go to the College Loan tab, then will redirect you to another cite to connect your student loan to the account for pay back...call Empower if needing help, they walked me through the process...it is not easy to set up...and must verify your loan before it will start program

The page to sign up is never available. I think this benefit is offered to entice people to accept a position but then it is impossible to sign up! Do better trihealth.
